Boil Water Notice Remains in Effect

January 10, 2023, 7:00 AM

System pressure was restored overnight and plant operators remain onsite. We will be pulling samples to send to the lab this morning, however, due to the required processing time, WCFMUD will remain under a boil water notice until tomorrow morning.

The operator will be flushing lines throughout the district today to remove any sediment. You may notice some sediment and/or air in the pipes in your home as well. Open a tap and allow the water to run to clear it out.

As a reminder, please boil water for one full minute prior to use for eating, drinking, brushing teeth, washing fruit, etc. If you are showering, be sure to avoid swallowing any water.

We will post updates as conditions warrant. Thank you for your patience.
